Guest Mission

During the past decade, Michael Nees, the founder of GUEST New Zealand observed that travel often had many uncontrolled variables. Although the planning and dreaming was an enjoyable part of the journey, things could become stressful even before the suitcases were packed.

Michael recognised the Web presented a simpler and easier way of planning and enjoying a journey. However, although the internet had wonderful attributes, it missed the human factor, spirit and emotion of intuition and experience. Michael solved this challenge by creating a website with a Travel Design protocol. When GUEST was established he took care in providing well-travelled real "Kiwi" people. GUEST people would personally respond to questions about New Zealand and utilise the time available for travellers to create exceptional travel itineraries.

What distinguishes GUEST from other travel services is the additional convenience and security it offers - each Guest is appointed their very own personal consultant who remains in contact throughout the journey every step of the way.
