Step 1: Browse the website

Look for inspiration and as you go through the example itineraries. These are New Zealand travel suggestions only so that you can get an idea of places to go, routes and times. For any questions please contact us by email or call one of the listed phone numbers (left green contact field). 

Step 2: Complete the custom trip planner

Submit your travel details through our Custom Trip Planner. This important travel information provides us with all details so that we are able to plan a holiday specifically to YOUR requirements that suit your style, budget and timings.

Step 3: Planning with your consultant

Once we received your travel information your personal consultant will then get back to you promptly with suggestions, information and maybe a few questions. The planning is underway - over a series of emails and phone calls you and your consultant will work together on your holiday. A final draft (view a PDF Sample here) will be emailed for your approval and once you are completely satisfied we make all the bookings for you. Generally at this stage credit card details are requested in order for us to make reservations on your behalf - no charges will be made without prior consultation. Full payment is due 30 days prior to departure.

Step 4: Planning with your consultant

30 days prior to your departure we will forward you your customised travel documents, tickets, etc. Start packing - we look forward to your visit to our place, and know you will have a great time in New Zealand!
