Michael Nees left Germany to work as a tour guide in Europe, Nepal and New Zealand. He established his travel company in New Zealand 20 years ago. GUEST NZ has evolved from Michael’s vision to provide a very personalised travel service for New Zealand and the South Pacific.

After completing her marketing degree, Sharyn gained experience by profiling New Zealand export products. She implements GUEST NZ marketing strategies and closely networks with the many properties featured on our website.

With over 20 years in the travel industry , Angie provides valuable firsthand experience to visitors wanting to explore the great outdoors. She enjoys mountain biking, snowboarding and surfing. For relaxation she prefers the stylish Millbrook Luxury Resort near Queenstown and romantic locations in Fiji.

Sabine Kane is German and married to a Kiwi. In 1998 she commenced work with GUEST NZ to provide valuable travel advice to German-speaking travelers. She has since transferred to the Accounts Department as Accounts Manager. She lives with her young family on a lifestyle section and enjoys the remote hiking areas of Southland and Fiordland.

New Zealand born and with over 12 years of experience in the travel industry, Jane worked in Europe, the UK and Tahiti. She has great rapport with honeymooners requiring stylish resorts or more luxurious remote locations. Being a parent, Jane understands the needs of travelers with young families. Her favourite locations include winter ski resorts and endless summer beaches.
