Te Puna Wai offers boutique accommodations with panoramic sea and mountain views from Nelson’s Port Hills.  This restored 1857 three-storey villa offers three different accommodation options.

At ground level are the Haulashore apartment and Wakatu room with marble-tiled bathrooms.  Haulashore has a designer kitchen, includes laundry and opens to a veranda and courtyard.  The Fifeshire suite occupies the top floor and comprises a spacious queen-size bedroom with picture windows.  All rooms have fridges and tea/coffee facilities.  Guest areas include lounge, veranda and elevated lawn, Broadband, WiFi and a guest computer is available.  Nelson City Centre is a three-minute drive.
