• 4WD and jet boating tour - departing Christchurch at 8.30am and returning at 2.00pm with pick up and drop off at your Christchurch accommodation. Jetboat the Waimakariri River, take a wWD trip into spectacular alpine scenery and experience true kiwi hospitality and adventure.

• Lord of the Rings Tour - Journey to the remote and beautiful Mt Potts high country station, home of Mt Sunday; and see how this peaceful mountain was transformed into Edoras, the capital city of the Rohan people in the Lord of the Rings trilogy. Immerse yourself in the natural, unspoilt beauty of this breathtaking area with its sparkling clear lakes, glistening blue rivers and fresh, crisp mountain air. Enjoy a delicious champagne picnic lunch, full running commentary from our friendly and knowledgeable kiwi tour guides and spectacular scenery you will never forget. Full day tour from Christchurch or Methven.

• Alpine Safari Tour  - Your day starts with a scenic drive from Christchurch over the Canterbury plains to the Waimakariri Gorge where we board the famous Hamilton jet-boat for a 45 minute jet boat ride on one of New Zealand’s unique braided river systems.  Weave in and out of rock faces, white water rapids and high walled rock canyons.

  From the river we board an off road vehicle for an exciting four-wheel-drive adventure across Mt Torless Station.  This station is a 10,000 acre working sheep and cattle farm situated in the spectacular foot hills of the Southern Alps.  You will get to experience the thrill and excitement of off-roading while taking in spectacular Alpine scenery.  We stop along the way for a delicious champagne picnic lunch in a relaxing and serene setting.

  After lunch you will continue your journey over the historic SH73 over Porters Pass through the Canterbury high country passing one of the filming locations for the Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe before arriving at Arthurs Pass National Park.  From here you will board the world famous TranzAlpine train for a relaxing journey back to Christchurch.  The TranzAlpine is rated one of the top rail journeys in the World.  You will be collected from Christchurch railway station and returned to your accommodation.
