I just wanted to say how much we enjoyed our holiday and that it was in large part due to your excellent service.  The one drawback to the itinerary that I worked out with you was that we didn't get to Christchurch and have the opportunity to thank you in person.

It was such a convenience to have had everything pre-booked and pre-paid so that the presentation of a voucher covered us without having to hunt around for cash or details for each and every transaction.  I was also impressed that you sent us to places that you had obviously visited and assessed and your taste was on the whole impeccable.  Your local knowledge was a great benefit to us, thank you.

Our experience of New Zealand was totally positive, and when telling friends and family about it GNZ has always had a mention because your involvement was integral to our enjoyment of the holiday.
